Michelle Thibodeau

Michelle Thibodeau is a vibrant Pop Singer-Songwriter and actress, originally from Moncton, New Brunswick, who moved to Toronto, ON in 2014.

The last couple years have been very eventful for Michelle. She began 2017 by playing the leading lady “Nancy” in the Capitol Theatre NB’s professional production of Oliver the Musical. Next, she was chosen to perform the Whitney Houston classic “I Have Nothing” for legendary composer, David Foster in British Columbia. At the end of 2017, Michelle began recording her Pop album at Oak Recording Studio in Toronto, of which “Easy Target” is the first single to be released.

In 2018, Michelle continued to play live in the Greater Toronto Area and the Maritimes, while finishing recording, mixing and mastering her album. In August 2018, Michelle released her self-titled album, and the music video to the single “Easy Target”.

Throughout the end of 2018 and the beginning of 2019, Michelle has been playing live and promoting her album, writing new material and working on another music video.

Most recently, in November 2019, Michelle returned to Moncton to play Columbia in the professional production of “The Rocky Horror Show” at the Capitol Theatre. Through December and January 2019, Michelle will be back in Ontario playing live at various venues in the Greater Toronto Area. 

The emerging Singer-Songwriter is a graduate of the Canadian College of Performing Arts in Victoria BC, and has also completed the Artist Entrepreneur program at Canada’s Music Incubator in Toronto.
